Free trials

Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You will receive email reminders before charging where applicable.

Refund window

• Monthly subscriptions: Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase. We may grant a full or prorated refund at our discretion.
• Annual subscriptions: Refund requests may be considered within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are not normally provided except as required by law.
• One-off purchases (reports, events): Refund eligibility will be specified at the point of purchase.

To request a refund, contact billing@theafricastandard.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 14 business days where applicable.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, we may suspend the associated account while investigating. Repeated unjustified chargebacks may lead to termination of service.
